Information in an enquiry

The enquiry form collects the contact and project information you submit, including your name, email address, company, telephone number, location, equipment details, message and component list. When you submit the form, these details are sent to Zoho CRM so Corevolt Automation can review and respond to your request. Enquiry type, location, equipment details, timing, consent and any component list are included in the enquiry description.

Quotation lists on this device

Your draft component list is saved in your browser’s local storage so it can remain available when you return on the same browser. You can remove items or clear the list using the quotation-list panel. Contact form fields are not saved in local storage by this website.

Hosting and access

The website uses hosted infrastructure to serve pages, and Zoho CRM to receive and store enquiries. The website securely forwards your enquiry to Zoho CRM and displays its submission confirmation on the contact page. The hosting platform may process technical connection information and use authentication cookies where access is restricted. Zoho may process technical connection information to operate its webform and reduce spam. This website does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Use and retention

Enquiry information is used to assess the request, prepare follow-up and maintain a record of the conversation. Enquiries remain in Zoho CRM until removed by Corevolt; there is no automatic deletion schedule currently configured. Avoid including passwords, payment-card details or confidential control-system credentials.

Corrections or removal

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request removal, email info@corevoltautomation.com or use the contact form, and provide enough details to identify your enquiry. Identity may need to be verified before a record is disclosed or changed.
